Mr. Faisal Al Emadi is the Executive Director of Programs at Silatech, leading the overall programs and initiatives across all countries of operations.

Al Emadi has more than 15 years of experience in Project Management, National Manpower Planning and Government Services. Before joining Silatech, He served as a Senior Manager, Reporting & Application for the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy. Prior to that, he held multiple positions in different Governmental institutions including: Director of Government Services Complex Project, Ministry of Administrative Development; Director of Training & Qualifying Department, Ministry of Labor; and Director of National Manpower Development Department, Ministry of Labor.

Faisal is the Vice Chairman of Bedaya Center and a Board member of many entities such as: Arab Trainer Union and Gulf Warehousing Company (GWC) as well as The Trustees committee in Al Arqam Academy. He was also a member of several high-level committees such as the E-Government steering Committee, The National Cyber Security Committee, The State Employment Window Committee and the Unemployment Committee at the Planning Council.

Faisal holds an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, technology & Marine Transport- Cairo, Egypt, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Al Israa University- Amman, Jordan. In addition, he successfully completed a leadership program from Qatar Leadership in 2014.
