This study has been initiated and finance by Silatech and implemented by researchers from Hassan II University- Casablanca. The study provides analysis and recommendations to help policy deciders to build foundation and conditions in order to lead the path to entrepreneurs to start their projects. This will of course clarify the different practices and forecast the constraints that may affect the feasibility of the whole program.
