Younes did what his father and his father’s father before him had done. He became a highly skilled copper engraver. He wanted to create new products for the tourism market that incorporated his engraving skill. Younes joined the Bodour vocational training center and received a diploma in turning and milling and thereafter launched his own workshop in Marrakech. His development of traditional products with a modern style was not just a hit among locals and tourists but earned him a place in a National Geographic documentary.
