MASR TA3MAL YOUTH EMPLOYABILITY PORTAL

Masr Ta3mal” is an online employability portal that helps youth and job seekers in Egypt, find support to transition into the world of work. It provides resources ranging from entry level job and internship opportunities, to employability and entrepreneurship training, in addition to online career guidance and e-learning through “Tamheed”.

Tamheed delivers highly predictive and user-friendly psychometric assessments online, the results of which can be used for both advice guidance and screening. It includes quality career advice and placement support services, and It provides youth-serving organizations (YSOs) with a complete toolkit for setting up a sustainable career advising practice.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP WITH IMPACT

Silatech has partnered with “Ahead of the Curve” to support the development and growth of profitable Social Institutions, as well as new comprehensive business modules in the Arab world.

RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF FUNDING SIZE ON THE GROWTH OF MICRO-ENTERPRISES

Silatech works with Yale University and Alexandria Business Association (ABA) to study how the size of financing could affect the growth of micro projects into small businesses.

In partnership with Golden Seeds for Investment and Entrepreneurship, and the Venture lab of American University of Cairo (AUC V-Lab), Silatech supports the development of a network through providing technical support to investors, entrepreneurs and start-ups.
