Afkar Chebab Youth Start-up Product

Silatech provides financial and technical support to Taysir Microfinance to implement Afkar Chebab program. The program offers Tunisian entrepreneurs financial support, training and mentoring, as well as business development services.


Silatech partnered with Enda Tamweel to provide the support and finance young entrepreneurs need to start and grow income generating businesses, facilitate banking services to youth in remote and rural areas, as well as supporting Enda Tamweel in launching a community entrepreneurship center.

Al Mubadara

Silatech provides loan capital, business development services, and technical assistance to MicroCred to develop youth startup loan products.

Tamweel Chebab

Silatech provides financial support to Advans Microfinance Institution to support youth enterprises.


Silatech, along with other public and private co-investors, is investing in the FCPR fund. The fund invests equity and semi-equity in Tunisian SMEs that have innovative business models, provide innovative products and services, and create jobs for youth.

Tounes Ta3mal  

Tounes Ta3mal is an online employability portal that supports youth and job seekers in Tunisia through their transition into the world of work. An initiative co-founded by Silatech and Microsoft, Ta3mal provides a wide array of resources and services ranging from career guidance tools like “Tamheed”, e-learning courses, employability and entrepreneurship training courses, in addition to entry-level job opportunities available in the country.
The portal includes Tamheed program, Silatech’s career guidance program, which provides online psychometric and language assessments, a career advising framework, and training and capacity building for career advisors.

Smart Tunisia Program

Silatech is supporting the implementation of of Smart Tunisia, a program launched by Ministry of Communications Technologies and Digital Economy to promote the country as a high-tech investment destination, attract off-shore companies, and create tens of thousands of jobs for Tunisian youth in the ICT sector.

Forsati Program

Silatech provides technical assistance to the Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment to implement Forsati program. The collaboration includes developing a national roadmap for employment opportunities, building the capacities of career advisors, providing free curriculums and e-learning, and creating a data base of the skills required in the labor market.


This partnership aims to promote ASAD’s abilities to support and finance Tunisian youth projects.
